We are here to answer your call:
- If you are in an abusive situation – we can help you with safety planning and explain your options
- If you have questions or want to talk and figure out what to do – we will answer them or direct you to the appropriate source
- If you are looking for legal help – we can guide you and provide referrals to attorneys
- If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English – we have volunteers who speak many South Asian languages.
Sneha is a Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers South Asian women and their families—particularly survivors of domestic and family violence—through culturally sensitive support, advocacy, and access to resources. We are committed to fostering safety, healing, and self-determination by providing compassionate assistance and by engaging and educating the community to break the cycle of abuse.
